ENGINEERING MANAGER
v MAIN PURPOSE :
Manage all operation in the engineering area
Report to Operation Director
v RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Ensure HSE policy are followed
2. Confer with management to discuss project specifications & procedures
3. Develop overall concepts for a new product
4. Improve manufacturing process and advance scientific research
5. Write performance reviews & solve internal issues
6. Discuss & lay out project specifications
7. Make detailed plans to accomplish goals
8. Analyze market demand and available resources
9. Analyze technology & resource needs to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
10. Prepare budgets, bids & contacts
11. Negotiate research contracts
v ACTIVITIES :

v REQUIREMENTS :
1. Male
2. Max. 40 y.o
3. Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering Bsc Degree
4. He has Min 5 years experience in similar position
5. Good Health Condition
6. Fluent in Bahasa, English & Able to computer literate ( MS Office & Windows)
7. Ready to work with target oriented & under pressure
8. Mature, Discipline, Honest, Conceptual, High responsible
