QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AUDITOR FOR OHSAS & EMS
Responsibilities:
• Carry out all functions related to conducting 3rd party audits or other type of audit, ensuring that all specified requirements are adhered so to conduct assessment work with the goal of assisting clients improve the effectiveness and efficiency of there management systems through the assessment process. This includes exceeding customer expectations in our auditing and assessment functions and providing a continual network system of follow-up and support to the client
• Carry out all necessary audit planning and preparation and report the results of such to the audit Team Leader.
• Develop the skills required to prepare audit and training proposals, prepare required proposals and have such approved by another Lead Auditor.
• Develop the skills necessary to conduct surveillance visits and plan, prepare and carry out assigned surveillance visits.
• Ensure that documentation in client files is complete and up to date and ensure that the integrity and completeness of such Job Files is maintained as per specified requirements.
• Conduct internal audits where required.
• Respond to client enquiries on certification/training products.
• Develop the skills required to present company standard training courses and upon approval as a tutor deliver such courses as per company specified requirements.
• Conduct all the necessary follow-up with clients to ensure clients clearly understand all of the requirements of the auditing process and the status of their contract.
• Always act in a profession manner always abide by the non-disclosure agreement and Codes of conduct.
• Strictly conduct all assessment work in accordance with Global Company and Local procedures.
• Develop the skills to do formal Sales/Marketing presentations of company products and carry out presentations where required.
• Report any customer complaints, problems and or system deficiencies to the Certification/Business Manager
• Performing any other task that assigned by Technical Manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities/institution, major in Engineering, Statistic, Science, Environment, Food Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as Quality Assurance / Quality Control Systems (ISO 9000) or Minimum of 2 years work experience in Environmental Management associated experience (ISO 14000) or Occupational Health Management associated or minimum 1 years experience as Internal Auditor for FSMS, consultant, assessor, management representative or direct experience in manufacturing or service company with responsibility in implementation FSMS
• Lead Assessor (IRCA/RABQSA) Certificate of FSMS is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skill
• Proven ability with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Spreadsheet, and other required application is an advantage
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Ability to write clear and concise reports in English

SALES EXECUTIVE - CERTIFICATION
Responsibilities:
• Make SGS Indonesia the clear No.1 management system certification and training business in Indonesia
• Achieve P&L targets agreed upon with local Sector Manager
• Develop local key people
• Generating sales lead from consultant and any other source.
• Generating QU1 up to send proposal to potential client
• Provide feedback for initiation of Sales campaign to Commercial Manager
• Maintain and up date CERTMAN
• Co-operate with regional sales manager to get approval for any price reduction as necessary.
• Monthly report to Commercial Manager
• Channeling with consultant
• Up-grade knowledge for new standard in order to improve the competency
Requirements:
• In charge of Sales and marketing activities and Target oriented
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, if you have experience in consultancy, training and certification will be ideal
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, written and comprehension)
• Additional training courses in supervisory management, sales and marketing.
• Has good knowledge and understanding on certification business and market climate
• Has good relation and networking with consultant and any other party which can give contribution to company business growth
• Has adequate knowledge and understanding on global harmonized procedure
• Has a good skill in analyzing data for supporting the business
KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day orders for key accounts
• Coordinate with GKAM (Global Key Account Manager) and RKAM (Regional Key Account Manager) that we can deliver in meeting or exceeding key account expectation
• Coordinate with exporters in Indonesia for the inspection works
• Ensure reporting and summary to GKAM, RKAM and Key Accounts promptly
• Make the company the clear number one management system certification and training business in Indonesia
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in international business administration, if you have experience in industrial inspection, verification, testing and certification services, consultancy, training and certification will be ideal
• Fluent in English will be an advantage
• Preferably have own controlled customers,
• Pleasant personality and good communication
• Computer literate
SALES EXECUTIVE - AUTOMOTIVE
Responsibilities:
• In conjunction with the business strategy set by the Sales Manager, develop business to ensure revenue and profitability with a long term successful performance
• Achieve revenue as monthly target
• Draft, negotiate and secure contracts for local and international clients
• Promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the clients
• Manage pre and post contract commercial issues
• Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the company statement of integrity
Requirements:
• College degree in business management or engineering or related field.
• At least 2 ~ 5 years experience in selling activities in food, textile garment, toy industry
