We are currently searching for highly qualified candidate for following positions :

 

HR MANAGER

1.    Male (max. 35 years old)

2.    Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law from reputable university

3.    Having min. 5 years experience in HR/GA Division

4.    Preferable has working experience in the same field (construction field)

5.    Providing admin support for HR/GA activities ( e.g. recruitment, performance appraisal, promotions, and training )

6.    Maintaining employee data through internal system

7.    Managing headcount activities

8.    Developing and controlling company's procedures policies using efficient and with cost measures

9.    Developing position job desk for each position and career advancement

10.  Managing and monitoring travel booking, pricing, and budgeting and alliance with travel agent / airlines

11.  Dealing with insurance and compare best benefits to the employee

12.  PC Literate with Microsoft Office

 

ENGINEERING MANAGER

1.    Male (age 35-45 years old)

2.    Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university

3.    Having min. 5 years experience as Engineering Manager

4.    Having experience in Fire Protection System Business, NFPA Standard, and FM Global Standard

5.    Having knowledge and experience in making design, proposal, and good in presentation

6.    Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and pleasant personality

7.    Able to lead and work as a team
