An applicant that will be hired as Legal & GA must be assigned with the following key job responsibilities:

1.    Conduct contract agreement for all projects.

2.    Responsible for all permits and land acquisition in oil & gas industry.

3.    Make a budget for all permit & GA needed.

4.    Prepare project close-outs with details run summary. Work closely with PIC/Engineering to provide close-out justifications.

Qualification:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Law especially in business.
2. Have min. 3 years experiences in oil & gas Industry.
3. Have negotiation and drafting skills.Have Law certificate.
4. Have Law certificate.
5. Have knowledge of PTK 027
6. Have knowledge of PTK 007 (would be better if have certificate)
3. Can communication in English (speaking & written).
