Experience and Qualifications- We have an immediate requirement to fill the below vacancies for the subject role project within Engineering Major Capital Projects Department (EMQ).
We need professionals from all around the world but people who are working neighboring regions in GCC will be preferred. Person Should have relevant experience in any of the discipline below with degree in Engineering..
1. Head of Facilities Engineering
BSc. Mechanical/Chemical Engineering graduate from an internationally recognized University. A Chartered Engineer status or membership with another Professional Institution is referred.
Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Downstream Industry with an international consultancy company, EPIC contractor or end user, involved in major projects implementation is essential, of which a minimum of 10 years in the position of Lead Discipline Engineer or Engineering Manager with an Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor for Refinery Projects. Incumbent is to possess the following technical/management skills, at the minimum:
• In-depth knowledge in core discipline engineering and fair working knowledge of all engineering disciplines.
• Sound knowledge of the International codes and standards.
• Experience in all phases of major Refinery projects implementation in an Oil & Gas Industry environment. Experience shall include project engineering, preparation of scope of work for tender, bid evaluation, project risk assessment, contracts coordination and management.
• Work experience in the Arabian Gulf Countries is desirable.

Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochem Industry, of which at least 10 years experience in project engineering and management, in addition to experience in multi-disciplined engineering work and a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in the field of Interface Coordination within sizable capital projects.
• Extensive communication skills, in both Arabic and English, on written and spoken language exchanges, including thorough knowledge of diplomatic protocol and local customs and practices.
• Require ability to identify and resolve personnel and administrative problems, arising from the multi-cultural and multi-disciplined population involved in the project, using diplomacy, tact and reasoned argument.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochem Industry, of which at least 10 years experience in project engineering and management, in addition to experience in multi-disciplined engineering work and a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in the field of Interface Coordination within sizable capital projects.

Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Downstream Industry within an international consultancy company, EPIC contractor or end user involved in major projects implementation is essential, of which a minimum of 8 years in the capacity of Lead Project Engineer or similar position with an Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor in Oil & Gas Industry mainly for Refinery Projects. Dynamic leadership qualities and project management skills to successfully deliver the Project.

Should have fully handled at least one engineering projects related to Refinery.

A minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in the Onshore Oil & Gas Processing Industry within an International Consultancy Organization or EPIC contractor in the field of Electrical & Instrument design/engineering of Onshore Oil, Gas & Processing facilities, of which a minimum of 8 years as a Lead Electrical & Instrument Engineer or similar position in a design capacity as an Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor. Adequate knowledge of E & I design fundamentals, with a competency level of `Mastery' in `Electrical Engineering Design' or `Instrumentation & Control Engineering Design' with adequate level of proficiency in the other, as applicable to Oil & Gas Processing industry.

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering from an internationally recognized University. A Chartered Engineer status or membership with another Professional Institution is preferred. Post graduation in multi Discipline Engineering is preferable. Accredited as a certified Lead Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality, i.e. ISO/ ASME/ API/ NACE/ AWA/ ASTM/ CSWIP/ BG/ ASNT, etc. is desirable.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Downstream Industry with an international consultancy company, EPIC contractor or end user in major projects implementation is essential. Experience shall include coordination with various discipline engineers during Concept optimization studies, FEED & Detailed engineering development, fabrication, construction, installation & hook-up.
9- Senior Process Engineer
BSc. Chemical Engineering graduate from an internationally recognized University. A Chartered Engineer status or membership with another Professional Institution is preferred. Published papers in the fields of Refinery process design is an advantage.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas Industry experience, especially the Refining Industry, with an international consultancy organization, EPIC contractor or end user in the field of process design/engineering and start-up of Petroleum Refining Facilities/brown-field refining units, of which a minimum of 8 years as a Senior Process Engineer or similar position in Down-stream projects with an Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas Industry experience, especially the Refining Industry, with an international consultancy organization, EPIC contractor or end user in the field of process design/engineering and start-up of Petroleum Refining Facilities/brown-field refining units, of which a minimum of 8 years as a Senior Process Engineer or similar position in Down-stream projects with an Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor.
10- Senior Safety & Loss Prevention Engineer
BSc. Chemical Engineering graduate from an internationally recognized University. A Chartered Engineer status or membership with another Professional Institution is preferred. M.S/M.Sc in Process Safety & Loss Prevention will be desirable.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant onshore Refinery/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas industry experience, with exposure to basic/detailed engineering aspects in a reputed Engineering Consultancy Organization, EPIC contractor, Third Party Independent Safety Consultancy Organization in the field of Design with substantial focus on Technical Safety & Loss Prevention engineering and adequate exposure to pre-commissioning /commissioning/start-up/testing/operation/troubleshooting of I,P Systems.

Adequate exposure on Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning/Start-up/Testing/Operation/Trouble shooting.
13- Senior Civil Engineer
BSc. Civil/Structural Engineering graduate of an internationally recognized University. A Chartered Engineer status or membership with another Professional Institution is preferred
A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Downstream Industry with an international consultancy company or EPIC contractor in the field of Structural design/engineering, of which a minimum of 8 years as a Lead/Senior Civil/Structural Engineer or similar position with an Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor.

candidate shall possess sound knowledge in piping/mechanical detailed design, engineering and layout of on-shore oil and gas downstream installations.
A minimum of 15 years of post graduate experience in Oil & Gas industry in the area of piping design with a reputed design consultant or EPIC contractor, of which a minimum of 8 years as a Lead/Senior Piping Engineer or similar position and should have successfully delivered complete piping design for two major projects. 15- Senior Material Engineer
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering. To have NACE Accreditation, Welding, NDT & Coating certifications.
A minimum of 15 years relevant experience as a practicing material/corrosion specialist in the Oil & Gas and Oil & Gas Downstream/Refining related industries either with an Operator or an Engineering Consultant.
16- Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static Equipment)
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized University. A Chartered Engineer status or membership with another Professional Institution is preferred Published papers in the fields of Static and Package Equipment engineering design is an advantage.
A minimum of 15 years, of which a minimum of 8 years in the position of Lead/Senior Static and Package Equipment Engineer or similar position with an International Consultancy Organization or EPIC contractor with adequate exposure to Pre- commissioning/Commissioning/Start-up /Testing /Operation/Trouble shooting.
