They are currently recruiting for the position of Maintenance Team Leader, based in Baku Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan local national salary and terms of employment apply to this position
Responsibilities will include:
Deliver daily Process Safety & Personal Safety, Control of Work (incl Simaltenous Operations), Regulatory Compliance to maintain License to Operate and integrity of equipment on the facility.
Accountable for performance of Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians for Reliability & Defect Elimination on facility
Deliver main equipment overhauls against agreed plan and costs.
Deliver execution of the facility 6 week plan including 3rd Party Service providers.
Deliver Preventative Maintenance, Correctives & Safety Critical Equipment according to 6 week Plan.
Identify & mitigate risks to delivery of the facility 2 week plan. Optimize maintenance with focus on attaining compliance targets for all Safety Critical Equipment:
Deployment of appropriate tools for daily reporting and availability reporting. Drive site execution efficiency:
Education
Essential
Engineering education in electrical/mechanical/instrument
Experience
Essential
Ability to manage across asset multi-disciplinary maintenance team
Extensive experience in industry
Ability to tactically plan, manage manpower and have a full understanding of the logistical constraints.
