Document Controller

A leading and multinational company is looking for suitable qualified employees who is rightly motivated and who seeks challenging and exciting career to fill the Document Controller positions in Singapore.

Responsibility;

. Monitor and control the flow of each document, either from internal or external documents.

. Undertake various functions related to document control, archiving, imaging and doc maintenance of document register for construction project/detailed engineering project etc.

. Manage project engineering incoming and outgoing documents and ensure on-time transmittal

.Maintain specifically assigned project data base

. Perform document quality check in accordance to company quality control procedure

. Prepare documentation request, master plan for projects, project reports when required and

. Any other related duties as and when assigned

Requirements:
. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in engineering/civil/management/business administration/doc control or equivalent
· Priority for candidates more than 5 years experienced as Document Controller
· Fluent in English is must
· Willing to travel and station in Singapore
· Willing to work for long hours
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Good interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills
· Posses key skills such as Flexibility, Team Work, Problem Solving and Good Communication.
· Knowledge of project terminology is advantages
