PT. Inti Brunel Teknindo is the sole agent for Brunel Energy (www.brunel.net), provides specialist personnel to the international oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and construction industries. Our clients are predominantly major operating companies and international engineering or construction companies. We have a global network with local market knowledge in 97 locations around the world. Currently, our clients are looking for some positions based in Indonesia.

 

WELDER (30 positions)

 

Requirements:

 

Fixed 6G position – no rolling

 

-       2”/sch 160 (gap will be 1/8” +/- 1/32”)

-       Root – GTAW

-       Hot Pass – GTAW.

Familiar with 2.4mm or 3.2mm ER70S-2 for the GTAW process with an amperage range of 90-222 and argon flow rate of 15-40.

-       Fill & Cap – SMAW.

Familiar with E7018-1 (if you do not have 7018-1, use whatever 7018 you have); 2.4 with an amperage range of 70-92, and 3.2mm range of 95-145.

 

All welding will be done in the uphill progression, no downhill.

We only allow grinding on starts and stops, other than that there is no grinding on the test. 

Location : Batam.
