Our client is a start-up Indonesian subsidiary of an international manufacturer of greases, metal working fluids and other lubricants. Its products provide crucial lubrication support for industrial applications, including transportation, automotive, manufacturing equipment and machinery where ever friction exists. The company is in the process of forming its core management team and requires the immediate services of a:

 

SALES MANAGER

(Cikarang,Bekasi-based)

 

Responsibilities:

·         Develop a national market opportunity road map; conduct market survey and analysis; and identify new product opportunities; lead a sales team.

·         Create sales plan; develop and maintain a customer database; make sales calls to new and existing clients; maintain close relations with Distributors and Agents; respond to sales inquiries.

·         Close sales deals and support technical problems with customers.

·         Monitor competition, market conditions and product development.

·         Develop negotiating strategies and positions by estimating customer needs and goals, incorporating local cultural knowledge into strategies.

·         Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct sales and marketing activities.

·         Forecast budget and sales plan for inventory, stocks and availability

·         Check and monitor term of payment in customer list

·         Report to an expatriate President Director.

 

Requirements:

·         Male, Bachelor's degree holder from a recognized university, at least 30 years old.

·         Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in oil, grease and lubricants.

·         Sales driven, good English communication and presentation skills, can manage and motivate  a team

·         Must have high energy level to work in a start-up team

Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
