Global Maritime is a leading consultant for offshore engineering design and marine operation services on a world-wide basis. The Group has been consistently engaged on major marine offshore projects for over 28 years. Our Regional office in Jakarta is inviting dynamic individuals for the following challenging position.
Project Executive (Jakarta Base)
Desired Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will hold the following skills and qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from engineering or management from reputable university with min. 2 years in project management for engineering or oil & gas industry
· Immediate availability (preferable on November 2013) and willing to be placed in BSD City, Tangerang
Job Description
The key dimensions of the role include:
· Assist in the planning of In-coming and Out-going project (include document control)
· Project planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring
· Managing project documentation
· Plan tasks/project schedule
· Work in a project team and assistance to Project Coordinator
· Provide administrative support to the Project Department
· Other duties as assigned by superior

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
· Female candidate preferred
· Detailed orientation, high integrity, responsible and able to work under pressure
· Strong verbal and written communication in English
· Proactive, able to show initiative in problem solving
· Time and result minded.
· Pleasant, independent, self-motivated, spontaneous, responsible, Independent, and IT savvy
· Interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
· Organized, keen and fast learner with a positive attitude, hardworking and diligent
