Our client is a global leader in the provision and management of specialist IT infrastructure solution and management of specialist IT infrastructure solutions and services. It currently operates in over 50 countries, has over 15,000 employees and over 6,000 clients. It urgently seeks the services of a:

 

ITO/MANAGED SERVICE TRANSITION MANAGER

Jakarta-Based

 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the IT Managed Services & outsourcing project planning, implementation and transition, lead to successful delivery;

·         Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

·         Manage project resource allocation within budget

·         Assemble and coordinate project team members, maintain good relationships with Internal and Client project team, including sub-contractors

·         Perform project progress monitoring and reporting and communicate to all stakeholders

·         Quality assurance

·         Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

·         Present reports that defining project progress, problems and solutions

·         Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

·         Project evaluations and assessment of team member performance

·         Responsible for the project closure, Final Acceptance signature and revenue generation.

·         Assist Operation team with interpreting policies, strategic planning, design and suggestions for new day to day processes.

·         Organize workload of team members for effective implementation.

·         As an effective team leader as well as a team player.

 

 

Requirements: 

·         8-10 years experience in IT Services and Operation with at least 3 years experience in Project Management；very deep understanding of IT Outsourcing/ Managed Services project management and transition.

·         Rich experiences in IT project management, familiar with the IT Outsourcing/ Business Process Outsourcing, methodology, process, tools and standards;

·         Proven ability to deliver complex & demanding projects

·         Strong team leadership & good people management skill, excellent problem solving skill, interpersonal skill, presentation skill & good customer orientation

·         PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

·         Familiar with ITIL is Mandatory / Holding ITIL certification is preferred.

·         Proven project management experience in huge IT Services company is a plus.

·         Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

·         Good communication capabilities and pro-activeness are preferred
