Our client who has property company as their indutry need a Quantity Surveyor with below detail : 

Responsibilities : 

* manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects

* minimize the costs of the projects

* enhance value of money to require standards and quality

* preparing project estimation and costs

* keeping track of any variations to the contract

* create reports

Requirements : 

* Male/female, max. 35 years old

* 3 - 4 years experiences as quantity surveyor in high risk building projects

* Bachelor degree in civil/architecture engineering

* have skill in allocating subcontractor

* have skill in maintaning clients

* detail oriented
