Administration Staff
Ranai - Natuna 
·         Fresh Graduated, or max 1 year experience,
·         Min. S1 / Bachelor degree with any background:
·         Intermediate skills of computer programs:
-          Office: word, excel, power point
·         Have a consistency, tidy, initiative interpersonal.
·         Preferably who have domicile / local citizen in Ranai-Natuna.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide and organize sourcing administrative matters such as Quotation, Contract, Service Order, Purchase Order, Invoice and other required documents related to Client
  • Assist Base Manager in correspondence and liaison with Client and Subcontractor
  • Assist Base Manager to monitor and follow up Contract progress from Client liaise with Contract Department
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries and record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Provide assistance to arrange stationery request and stock
  • Assist Base Manager to obtain, check and review Supporting Document for invoicing purpose
  • Assist Base Manager to obtain, check, review  and record Report ; Daily Report, Petty Cash Report, Job Closing Report
