Lowongan Kerja : Targeted Control Review Manager  - Bank UOB Indonesia

Responsibilities

1. Review adequacy of current internal control within operational units
2. Report findings and recommendations for improvement where gaps are identifed to management
3. Monitor to ensure corrective actions from all significant exceptions, control reviews, internal audits and regulatory examinations issues are promptly & satisfactorily closed
4. Conduct analysis to identify the root problem of any incidents or auditor findings
5. Work with operational units to ensure that all new products or services meet all regulatory & corporate policy requirements
6. Monitor & analyze any movement or transaction in suspend accounts used by operational units 

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree (preferably majoring in Accounting)
2. Deep understanding in financial report
3. Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinker, strong negotiation & analytical skill
4. Fluent in English
5. Having experiences in banking operations and audit
