We aim to meet the needs of our clients with quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness  and deliver outstanding corporate and operational performance, leveraging on the full strength of our capabilities and assets, geographical presence, and people.

Currently we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join and fill the positions as follows:

 

Mechanical  Rotating  Equip, ReM, Maintenance  Engineer

 

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
• Experience 10 years (Senior Engineer) in Maintenance Mechanical (Rotating) in Oil & Gas onshore/offshore.
• Specialist in Rotating Equipment, Reliability Centre Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Mastered in MMS (Maintenance Management System) dan Software Plant Maintenance (SAP).
• Familiar with API, ASME, ASTM ,NFPA, NACE and MIGAS Regulation.
• Familiar for operating and maintaining Engine (Diesel, Gas Engine, Turbine Gas) & Machinery ( gas Compressors, pump, Hydraulic       Motor   and   rotating   equipment   (mechanical   drive),   Heavy Equipment and Crane.
• Familiar for maintaining System (Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance,        Reliability   Centre   Maintenance   (RCM),   and   Reliability Engineer).
• Familiar in using reliability tools: Vibration Monitoring, Vibration Analyst, Tribology Schedule Oil Sample, Thermo Couple etc.
• Familiar with manual Book and Spare Parts Book: Engine & Machinery.
• Familiar with database Mechanical Rotating:   Bill Of Material, Task  List, Preventive Maintenance Program, Overhaul Program, Equipment Code for SAP System (Tagging), Equipment Integrity Management.
• Familiar in method Maintenance with Reliability Engineer Maintenance Management team:  Running to Failure,    Preventive   Maintenance,   Predictive   Maintenance,    and Innovative Maintenance.
• Familiar with Reliability Engineering.
• Develop Program Maintenance : Short, Mid and Long Term.
