We are Steel Construction and Fabrication Company for Oil and Gas; Platforms, Jackets, Decks, Loader located in Cilegon Banten urgently needs Engineers/Professionals to fulfill vacant positions as follow:
(Interview will be held in Jakarta upon on appointment)
1. ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (2 Position)
Report s to : Lead Construction Engineer Location : Cilegon

1. Basic Function :
To ensure the Construction Engineering (Electrical & Instrument discipline) activities be performed according to planning and existent procedures and policies.
2. Specific Reporting Responsibilities :
Responsible to electrical & instrument discipline aspect as project from Lead Construction Engineer with give support in electrician & instrumentation such as review and give feed back response about electrical & instrument engineering documents and preparing Construction Engineering procedure to achieved completion project with safely and good quality.
3. Specific Duties & Responsibilities.
a) To ensure all Electrical & Instrumentation drawing according to company specification and general arrangement requirement status.
b) To ensure all electrical & instrument materials according to company specification.
c) To ensure and monitor ergonomic of all Electrical & Instrument Support Drawing, Cable Tray Layout, Junction Box and other Drawings already studied and matched with vendor drawing to ensure and minimized the repetition fabrication process in according to quality, schedule, budget and company required.
d) Prepare all procedure related Electrical & Instrumentation of Construction Engineering and ensure all technical procedure according to client specification.
e) Prepare Mark-up Single line, Termination, MTO for Equipment and Testing Material for supporting pre-commissioning and Commissioning activity
f) Prepare technical query to company if found any discrepancy of specification and design required.
g) Prepare all document / data related to variation order work, if found any additional work/out of project scope contract.
h) Ensure procedure and Design Electrical & Instrumentation accordingly with code and specification.
i) Ensure fabrication and installation accordingly which design drawing.
j) Preparing Technical Bid Evaluation according Client Specification.
k) Assist FAT and SAT cooperate with client and vendor / sub contractor to ensure Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activity accordingly.
4. Specific Skills.
a) Familiar to read and understand Company Specification and Procedures.
b) Familiar to read and understand International Codes and Standard
c) Familiar to read and understand International Grade, Size and Standard of Materials.
d) Familiar to operate latest version of Auto Cad 2D and 3D.
Authority :
The position of Electrical & Instrument Engineer shall have the authority to liaise of the Lead Construction Engineer to act and make decisions as defined by the procedures of the company and the responsibility above.
2. STRUCTURE ENGINEER (2 Position)
Report s to : Lead Construction Engineer Location : Cilegon

1. Basic Function :
To ensure the Construction Engineering (Structure discipline) activities be performed according to planning and existent procedures and policies.
2. Specific Reporting Responsibilities :
Responsible to provided such as structure analysis using properly software or manual calculation, giving review and feed back to Lead Construction Structure Engineer as well as preparing Construction Engineering procedure (Structure) to achieved completion project with safely and good quality.
3. Specific Duties & Responsibilities.
a) Provide structure analysis using properly software or manual calculation to supporting project which is on going.
b) Prepare construction method, Construction procedure, Geotechnical foundation analysis regarding Construction phase.
c) Review shop drawing and cutting sheet which is will use on fabrication process.
d) Prepare all document / data related to variation order work, if found any additional work/out of project scope contract.
e) Prepare technical query to company if found any discrepancy of specification and design required.
4. Specific Skill.
(a) Familiar to operate STAAD-Pro program for structure design and analysis.
(b) Familiar to operate SACS program for structure non linear analysis with Modul PSI or dynamic analysis, while dynamic and wave response.
(c) Familiar to read and understand Company Specification and Procedures.
(d) Familiar to read and understand International Codes and Standard
(e) Familiar to read and understand International Grade, Size and Standard of Materials.
(f) Familiar to operate latest version of Auto Cad 2D and 3D.
. The position of Structure Engineer shall have the authority of the Lead Construction Engineer to act and make decisions as defined by the procedures of the company and the responsibility above.
3.MARINE ENGINEER (2 Position)
Reports to : Lead Construction Engineer Location : Cilegon
______________________________________________________________________________1. Basic Function :
To ensure the Construction Engineering (Marine discipline) activities be performed according to planning and existent procedures and policies.
2. Specific Reporting Responsibilities :
Responsible to provided such as structure analysis using properly software or manual calculation, giving review and feed back to Lead Construction Engineer as well as preparing Loadout/Seafastening/Barge Transportation Engineering procedure to achieved completion project with safely and good quality.
3. Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Provide Ballasting Calculation, Barge Stability during Load out and Transportation (Damage and Intact Stability), Barge Strength Check, Global analysis for Barge Longitudinal Bending Stress, and Sea fastening Analysis using properly software or manual calculation to supporting project which is on going..
b) Review shop drawing and cutting sheet which is will use on fabrication process.
c) Prepare all document / data related to variation order work, if found any additional work/out of project scope contract.
d) Prepare technical query to company if found any discrepancy of specification and design required.
4. Specific Skill.
(a) Familiar to operate STAAD-Pro program for structure design and analysis.
(b) Familiar to operate SACS program for structure non linear analysis with Modul PSI or dynamic analysis, while dynamic and wave response.
(c) Familiar to operate MOSES program for Stability and Hydrodynamic Analysis
(d) Familiar to operate Basic of Orcaflex for Mooring and Riser Analysis
(e) Familiar to read and understand Company Specification and Procedures.
(f) Familiar to read and understand International Codes and Standard
(g) Familiar to read and understand International Grade, Size and Standard of Materials.(h) Familiar to operate latest version of Auto Cad 2D and 3D.
